REWIND’s desktop yoga streams a three to five-minute yoga series that can be performed right at your workstation to help relieve stress, improve your mood and increase your focus. I usually go to the gym three or four times a week and ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes. That isn't even close to what these sessions have done for me. I really look forward to these energy breaks throughout the day.

I really love it! I've been more conscious about stretching at my desk or even going outside to do some of the suggested stretches and poses. I'm going to bring my yoga mat in and try to do over my lunch hour in the workout room. I would love the weekly reminder.
